2. On-site audit
Process, product and documentation checked on the shop floor, with evidence.
3. Report and action plan
Assessment, nonconformities, priorities, owners and agreed deadlines.
4. Follow-up
Checks on site or remotely, until the actions are closed.

Hands-on experience
- Emer SpA (Westport Fuel Systems): 13 process audits at European suppliers in 6 months; 140 supplier nonconformities handled in one year, 113 closed with containment actions and follow-up.
- Qualifications: VDA 6.3 process auditor (VDA QMC, 2019), VDA 6.5 product auditor (2018), VDA 2 and PPA (2018), first- and second-party auditor for IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 (ANFIA Service, 2025).
- In-house roles: supplier audits and supply chain claim management as Quality Manager at KKK SpA and Mafalda Industries.

Do you audit suppliers abroad?
Yes. I have audited suppliers across Europe, in English, and I am available to travel in Italy and abroad.
Are you a qualified VDA 6.3 auditor?
Yes: I hold the VDA 6.3 process auditor certificate of qualification issued by VDA QMC (2019), trained by ANFIA Service.
What do I receive after the audit?
A report with the evidence collected, the assessment according to the agreed scheme, the nonconformities and an action plan with owners and deadlines.
