On-site presence on the customer's behalf: cosmetic appearance, testing and packaging checks, test witnessing with detailed reports, sub-tier supplier visits. Also for international clients with suppliers in Italy.
IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001: system setup, internal audits and preparing staff for certification, in Italian or English. Support on environmental and ESG topics.
Covering the quality manager role, or quality and production coordination, for defined periods: customer claims, APQP for new products, laboratory and testing equipment.

Projects
The assignment: ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 consultant, working in English, at the Serbian plant of an Italian group.
What I did: guided staff growth towards certification, internal audits and plant operations management, alongside Serbian and Italian top management, in the journey that brought new international customers such as Porsche, BMW and Jaguar Land Rover.
The assignment: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for the European supply chain.
What I did: supplier audits across Europe, in English, and assessment of potential new suppliers, working with the Purchasing and R&D departments.
The assignment: resident quality inspector at an Italian manufacturer of copper conductors.
What I did: oversight of manufacturing operations, witnessing of testing, appearance and packaging with reports to the client, sub-tier supplier visits and follow-up.
