2. Quali dati tratto

Dati che mi invii. Se mi scrivi per email o con il modulo di contatto (che apre il tuo programma di posta), tratto i dati che inserisci: nome, azienda, indirizzo email e il contenuto del messaggio.
Dati tecnici di navigazione. Come qualsiasi server web, il servizio che ospita il sito registra i dati tecnici necessari al suo funzionamento e alla sua sicurezza, ad esempio indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta e tipo di browser.

3. Perché li tratto e su quale base

Per rispondere alla tua richiesta ed eventualmente prepararti un'offerta: misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b del Regolamento UE 2016/679, «GDPR»).
Per far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo da abusi: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).

Non uso i tuoi dati per invii pubblicitari e non li cedo né li vendo a nessuno.

4. Per quanto tempo li conservo

Le richieste che non portano a un incarico vengono cancellate entro 12 mesi dall'ultimo contatto. Se nasce un rapporto professionale, i dati sono conservati per la sua durata e poi per i tempi previsti dalla legge, ad esempio 10 anni per la documentazione fiscale.

5. Chi altro può trattarli

Solo i fornitori dei servizi tecnici, che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento:

il servizio che ospita il sito, Netlify, Inc. (Stati Uniti). Il trasferimento dei dati tecnici fuori dall'Unione europea avviene con le garanzie previste dagli articoli 44 e seguenti del GDPR;
il fornitore del servizio di posta elettronica, per i messaggi che mi invii.

6. Cookie e servizi esterni

Il sito non usa cookie, né di prima né di terza parte. Ricorda soltanto la lingua che scegli (italiano o inglese) nella memoria del tuo browser: questa informazione resta sul tuo dispositivo e non viene inviata a nessuno. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul sito stesso, quindi durante la navigazione nessun dato viene inviato a Google o ad altri servizi esterni. Il link a LinkedIn porta al sito di LinkedIn, che ha una propria informativa.

7. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti al trattamento o riceverli in un formato leggibile (articoli 15-22 GDPR), scrivendo all'indirizzo indicato al punto 1. Se ritieni che il trattamento violi il GDPR, puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

2. What data I process

Data you send me. If you write to me by email or through the contact form (which opens your email program), I process the data you enter: name, company, email address and the content of your message.
Technical browsing data. Like any web server, the service hosting this website logs the technical data needed for it to work securely, such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested page and browser type.

3. Purposes and legal basis

To reply to your request and, if needed, prepare a quotation: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").
To run the website and protect it from abuse: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I do not use your data for marketing, and I never sell or pass it on to anyone.

4. How long I keep it

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If a professional relationship begins, data is kept for its duration and then for the periods required by law, for example 10 years for tax records.

5. Who else may process it

Only the providers of technical services, acting as data processors:

the website host, Netlify, Inc. (United States). Technical data is transferred outside the European Union with the safeguards provided by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR;
the email service provider, for the messages you send me.

6. Cookies and external services

This website uses no cookies, first-party or third-party. It only remembers the language you choose (Italian or English) in your browser's storage: this stays on your device and is not sent to anyone. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, so no data is sent to Google or other external services while you browse. The LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn's website, which has its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to the address in section 1. If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. If you do not provide your data

Providing your data is optional, but without an email address or other contact details I cannot reply to you.
